To our customers, distributors, business partners, regulatory authorities, and members of the general public.
It has come to our attention that an entity operating under the name “Toro Pharma”, through the website www.toro-pharma.com, is using a name, brand presentation, and product packaging that closely resembles ours, leading to confusion in the market. Based on information available to us, this entity is offering for sale anabolic steroids, peptides, SARMs, and GLP-1-related products that do not appear to be approved by the CDSCO, and whose manufacture, marketing, and sale may be in contravention of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Rules made thereunder, as well as other applicable laws governing such substances in India.
We wish to categorically state that Toro Pharmaceuticals Private Limited has no affiliation, association, partnership, or business connection whatsoever with the entity operating as “Toro Pharma” / www.toro-pharma.com, or with any person or platform acting on its behalf. We do not endorse, authorize, manufacture, supply, or take any responsibility for any product, claim, or transaction made by or through the said entity.
We strongly advise all our stakeholders to exercise caution before dealing with any such unrelated company and always ensure to communicate through our official contact channels.
